Kullanım Koşulları
Mesai Kart'ı kullanarak aşağıdaki koşulları kabul etmiş oluyorsun. Kabul etmiyorsan uygulamayı kullanma.
1. Hizmet ne
Mesai Kart, kendi çalışma saatlerini damgalaman, alışkanlıklarını takip etmen ve 4857 sayılı İş Kanunu'ndaki kurallara göre tahmini bir ücret hesabı görmen için yapılmış kişisel bir uygulamadır.
Uygulama şu an ücretsizdir. İleride ücretli bir bölüm eklenirse mevcut kullanıcılara önceden duyurulur; hâlihazırda kaydettiğin veriye erişimin ücretli hâle getirilmez.
2. Hesaplamalar bilgi amaçlıdır
Uygulamanın gösterdiği tutarlar resmî bordro değildir. Senin girdiğin damgalara, maaşa ve ayarlara dayanan bir tahmindir.
İşvereninin bordrosu farklı çıkabilir ve bu tek başına bir hata anlamına gelmez: prim, avans, yol ve yemek yardımı, kıdem, farklı SGK matrahı gibi uygulamanın bilmediği kalemler tutarı değiştirir.
Bu rakamlar hukuki tavsiye değildir ve uyuşmazlıkta tek başına delil olarak kullanılamaz. Ücretinde bir eksiklik olduğunu düşünüyorsan işverenine, sendikana ya da bir avukata başvur.
Bordro parametreleri (asgari ücret, gelir vergisi tarifesi) elle giriliyor. Yeni yılın rakamları Resmî Gazete'de yayımlandıktan sonra girilene kadar hesap durur ve uyarı verir — eski oranla sessizce yanlış hesaplamaktansa durması bilinçli bir tercihtir.
3. Yaş
Uygulamayı kullanabilmek için en az 15 yaşında olmalısın. İş Kanunu 15 yaşını doldurmuş kişinin belirli koşullarla çalışmasına izin verdiği için sınır buraya konuldu.
18 yaşından küçüksen, uygulamayı ancak veli veya vasinin izniyle kullanabilirsin. Uygulamada veli onayını doğrulayan bir mekanizma yoktur; bu izni almak kullanıcının ve velinin sorumluluğundadır.
4. Hesabın ve verin
Hesabının güvenliğinden sen sorumlusun. Şifreni paylaşma; hesabınla yapılan işlemler sana ait sayılır.
Verini istediğin zaman silebilirsin ve silme geri alınamaz. Nasıl yapıldığı ve neyin ne kadar kaldığı Gizlilik Politikası'nda yazılı.
Hesabını dışa aktarabilirsin (CSV, PDF). Kaydettiğin veri senindir; Mesai Kart onu satmaz, reklam için kullanmaz ve hiçbir yapay zekâ servisine göndermez.
5. Yapmaman gerekenler
- Başkasının hesabına izinsiz erişmeye çalışmak
- Uygulamayı ya da bildirim sunucusunu aşırı yükleyecek biçimde otomatik istek göndermek
- Arkadaşlık ve mesajlaşma bölümünü taciz, tehdit veya reklam için kullanmak
- Başkasının kimliğine bürünmek
Mesajlaşma yalnızca karşılıklı arkadaşlar arasında açılır ve engelleme ile şikâyet her zaman elinin altındadır.
6. Hizmetin kesilmesi
Yukarıdaki kuralları ciddi biçimde ihlal eden hesaplar askıya alınabilir veya kapatılabilir. Böyle bir durumda, yasal bir engel yoksa verini dışa aktarman için makul bir süre tanınır.
Uygulama bakım, arıza veya kapatma sebebiyle geçici ya da kalıcı olarak kullanılamaz hâle gelebilir. Kalıcı kapatma durumunda kullanıcılara verilerini dışa aktarmaları için önceden duyuru yapılır.
7. Sorumluluğun sınırı
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağı garanti edilmez. Uygulamanın gösterdiği tutarlara dayanarak alınan kararlardan doğan zarardan Mesai Kart sorumlu tutulamaz.
Bu sınırlama, tüketici mevzuatının verdiği ve sözleşmeyle kaldırılamayan haklarını etkilemez.
8. Değişiklikler
Bu koşullar değişebilir. Önemli bir değişiklikte üstteki tarih güncellenir ve uygulama içinde duyurulur. Değişiklikten sonra kullanmaya devam etmek yeni koşulları kabul etmek anlamına gelir.
9. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Uyuşmazlıklarda Türkiye mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir.

Terms of Service
By using Mesai Kart you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. What the service is
Mesai Kart is a personal app for clocking your own working hours, tracking habits, and seeing an estimated pay figure based on the rules in Turkish Labour Law No. 4857.
The app is currently free. If a paid tier is ever added, existing users will be told in advance; access to data you have already saved will not be put behind a paywall.
2. The calculations are for information only
The amounts shown are not an official payslip. They are an estimate based on the punches, salary and settings you entered yourself.
Your employer's payslip may differ, and that alone does not mean something is wrong: bonuses, advances, travel and meal allowances, seniority pay and a different social-security base are all items the app does not know about.
These figures are not legal advice and cannot be used on their own as evidence in a dispute. If you believe you are being underpaid, speak to your employer, your union, or a lawyer.
Payroll parameters (minimum wage, income tax brackets) are entered by hand. Until the new year's figures are published in the Resmî Gazete and entered, the calculation stops and shows a warning — stopping is a deliberate choice over quietly calculating with last year's rates.
3. Age
You must be at least 15 years old to use the app. This limit follows Turkish Labour Law, which permits people aged 15 and over to work under certain conditions.
If you are under 18, you may use the app only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. The app does not verify parental consent; obtaining it is the responsibility of the user and the guardian.
4. Your account and your data
You are responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your password; actions taken with your account are treated as yours.
You can delete your data at any time, and deletion cannot be undone. How it works and what remains is described in the Privacy Policy.
You can export your data (CSV, PDF). The data you save is yours; Mesai Kart does not sell it, does not use it for advertising, and does not send it to any AI service.
5. What you must not do
- Try to access someone else's account without permission
- Send automated requests that overload the app or the notification server
- Use the friends and messaging features for harassment, threats or advertising
- Impersonate someone else
Messaging only opens between mutual friends, and blocking and reporting are always available to you.
6. Suspension and termination
Accounts that seriously breach the rules above may be suspended or closed. Where no legal obstacle prevents it, you will be given a reasonable period to export your data first.
The app may become temporarily or permanently unavailable due to maintenance, failure or shutdown. In the case of a permanent shutdown, users will be notified in advance so they can export their data.
7. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". It is not guaranteed to run without interruption or error. Mesai Kart cannot be held liable for losses arising from decisions made in reliance on the amounts it displays.
This limitation does not affect rights granted to you by consumer protection law that cannot be waived by agreement.
8. Changes
These terms may change. For a significant change the date at the top is updated and a notice is shown in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye have jurisdiction over any dispute.
